Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our perishable products, your baked goods cannot be returned in exchange for a refund. Once order is placed, you are assuming responsibility for package arrivals to guarantee your product in its freshest state possible.
Also, due to the nature of our perishable products, your baked goods cannot be exchanged for another product on our website.
If you are unsatisfied with your product, we ask that you follow the policy below.
1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Give us your order number, or best way to look up your order. Give us the reason for your dissatisfaction, be it the wrong cookies were shipped, you didn’t get the correct amount, or you didn’t get the correct flavors. Just give us a short sentence with your reasoning.
2. After reviewing, we may ask that you send us a picture as “proof” of incorrect items listed, or ask that you send the package back to us, so that we can do our quality assurance assessment. Return shipping for this procedure will be paid for by us. Return to:

3. We will come to resolution after reviewing the items (photos, actual order reshipped to us, statements) and come to an agreement. We are always willing to go the extra mile to remake your cookies, send more products out, or simply give you a refund if you are dissatisfied on our behalf.
