About Us

The Cookie Club is a specialty dessert shop located in Mexico, MO focusing on providing the best cookies, made from scratch with simple, fresh ingredients. Our cookie flavors range from classic flavors, like Chocolate Chunk, oatmeal raisin, and snickerdoodle, all the way to gourmet flavors like our Signature Chocolate Chunk Stacks, Reese's Peanut Butter and other baked goods.

Our 1st location was located in Mexico, MO but we operated in a warehouse style kitchen only. Now, we are serving cookies over our very first counter, and learning all that we can to make our customers experiences better. Our bakery is located on the square in Mexico, MO at 117-119 S Washington Street.
